WHAT IS THE COST FOR DELIVERY TO MY HOUSE?

Our delivery prices are extremely competitive and affordable. They vary by purchase amount and merchandise category. Please see the store for details.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON DAMAGED FURNITURE UPON DELIVERY?

The customer has the option to either refuse the furniture or have our craftsman come out to repair the furniture.

WHAT IF I FIND DAMAGE AFTER DELIVERY?

Contact our customer service department to discuss options to resolve.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for any reason. We do not accept returns on clearance, as-is merchandise or any mattresses.

WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a free one year manufacturer’s warranty with all non clearance items. We offer an additional five year extended warranty. We also offer fabric, leather and wood care programs which all are five years of additional protection.

DO YOU OFFER DESIGN SERVICES? WHAT DOES IT COST?

Design services are not available. We have a room planner on our website to help determine if merchandise will fit in the customer’s home.
